These baking tools are more geared towards bread making, but you will also find that these tools come in handy for other gluten-free baking recipes as well!
Digital Kitchen Scale
Digital scale is my #1 most used kitchen tool by far! Having a scale saves you time measuring & washing dishes.
Instant Food Thermometer
An instant food thermometer is great for checking internal bread temperature and can come in handy when making Swiss macarons (among many other things)!
Silicone spatulas are another tool in the kitchen that you can never get enough of. I keep running out of mine!
Having whisks of different sizes is super useful especially when you are trying to make psyllium gel and mix the flours at the same time!
When it comes to stand mixers, KitchenAid is the way to go, but it is *a bit* pricey! If you don't see the need for a stand mixer right now, you can always go with a hand mixer!
Cast Iron Dutch Oven
I recommend getting a cast iron Dutch oven without an enameling layer because that layer will get discolored/cracked at the high temperatures required for baking bread!
A bench scraper is such a time-saver when it comes to cleaning up dried dough from the working surface! It also serves as a great dough knife as well.
Let's not forget the kitchen towels! Another kitchen "tool" that I can never have enough of.
A cooling rack is essential to make sure your bread airs out after baking and doesn't become soggy on the bottom.
Flours & Starches
I was surprised by how hard it is to find any available gluten-free flour types for sale. But I was able to find SOMETHING that I can share it with you! Otherwise, try looking in other local stores!
Brown Rice & White Rice Flours
This is a bundle of two large flour buckets. It is really hard to find gluten-free flours available on Amazon otherwise!
Brown Rice & Oat Flours
This is a bundle of brown rice flour and oat flour. I wasn't able to find them separately available on Amazon at the moment!
