Some women decide to go on a very strict breastfeeding diet while others continue eating their favorite foods without any noticeable consequences to their baby’s behavior. Each infant is different and if you notice that your baby is crying after feedings, you might want to adjust your diet and see if anything you eat is causing your baby’s upset stomach. Some common allergens include dairy, peanuts, wheat, and others, while such foods as peas, broccoli, cauliflower, and cabbage are famous for creating a lot of gas that can cause your baby’s stomach to hurt.
